What is Mousse

Mousse is a dessert that’s made of cream and eggs that have been whipped until they’re light and creamy. … Because its texture is similar to these foods, the foamy hair product is also called mousse. In Old French, mousse means “froth.”

150g    Flavoured Whipping it Up Mixture of your choice

80ml    Warm (Room Temperature) Water 

300ml  Double Cream


Place 150g mixture and 80ml water into a mixing bowl, using a whisk attachment, whisk until light and fluffy.

In a clean bowl whisk 300ml double cream, until firm.

Fold both mixtures together, scoop into bowls, or use piping bags to pipe into bowls, glasses etc.

Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
