Ingredients
125g Flavoured Whipping it Up Mixture of your choice
40ml Warm (Room Temperature) Water
1.5 Tablespoons Golden Syrup
Instructions- Place 125g mixture and 40ml water into a Grease free clean mixing bowl using a whisk attachment, whisk until stiff peaks are formed.
- Add 1.5 Tablespoons of Golden Syrup, whisk for a further 2 minutes
- Either spread on to biscuits or other treats.
- Or if you prefer pipe into chocolate moulds and fill.
Top Tips
To make a ripple effect coat the inside of your icing bag with 6 stripes of colour, before filling.
If left in the fridge, the fluff will firm up more 🙂
