These delicious Vegan Peppermint Creams are a gorgeous treat to finish after your dinner with a coffee.

What are Vegan Peppermint Creams?

Vegan Peppermint Creams are made using non-animal products and are a delicious peppermint fondant encased in dark chocolate using our Natural flavoured Icing sugars.

120ml Vegan Condensed Milk
360g Sugar and Crumbs Velvet Vanilla Natural Flavoured Icing Sugar
2 Tsp Peppermint extract
340g Callebaut Dark Chocolate


1. Add the Natural Flavoured Icing Sugar to a mixing bowl along with Vegan condensed milk and peppermint extract.

2. Mix with a spatula until it starts to come together and then use your hands to mix into a big ball of dough. It will be quite firm and not sticky

3. Divide the mixture in even balls of dough depending on how big you want your peppermint creams to be on to a tray lined with greaseproof paper.

4. Flatten the balls using the palm of your hand or with the bottom of a glass. 

5.Chill in the freezer for around 30 minutes to firm up.

6. Melt the Callebaut Chocolate in the microwave on short bursts or in a glass bowl over a pan on the stovetop.

7. Dip the Peppermint Creams into the chocolate and replace on the greaseproof paper to dry.

8. Place in the fridge to set and it is best to keep them stored in the fridge and serve from there.
