South African Scones

  • Cook Time : 30 minutes

South African Scones

1. Pre-heat the oven to 220ºC, 425 F, Gas mark 7.
2. Mix the eggs and cream together.
3. Sieve the dry ingredients together.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry.
5. Fold together until cooperated.
6. Take spoonfulls of the dough and place on to the baking tray.
7. Place into the oven for between 12 -15 minutes.
8. Beat the cream and Sugar and Crumbs Velvet Vanilla Natural Flavoured Icing Sugar together until stiff but not clotted.
