Using our Christmas Punch, Cinnamon Swirl, Green Apple or Velvet Vanilla flavours make up these lovely little buttercream drops.
Blend the flavoured icing sugar of your choice into a buttercream, pop into a piping bag with a swirly piping nozzle.
Then on pipe on to a flat baking sheet covered with greaseproof paper, swirl lots of little swirls of buttercream. Pop into the fridge or freezer to set. Once set pop into an airtight container, leave in fridge ready to use as and when.
Perfect to use when taking out your Hot mince pies, apple pies or christmas pudding, just pop them on the top as an alternative to cream, custard or brandy butter, drop one of these little buttercream swirls on top. Seriously they are worth it.
