- Prep Time : 60 minutes
- Cook Time : 40 minutes
You will need a 8” square tin greased and lined with baking paper
Preheat oven to 150 fan
- Cream together butter and peanut butter.
- Stir in Cacao nibs then beat in the egg and icing sugar till well combined.
- Sift in four and baking powder and fold into the mixture.
- Pour into your tin and level it out and bake on the middle shelf for 35/40 mins.
