Peach Bellini Sugar Syrup

This Peach Bellini Sugar Syrup is a great base to make a Peach Bellini Cocktail.  Once made you can keep it in the fridge for 8 weeks.

Instructions

Peach Bellini Sugar Syrup

1. Place the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil stiring until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove off the heat and leave to cool.

2. Add the sugar syrup to 750ml of Prosecco and serve.

    Can you use your sugar to make cupcakes?
    Does it not contain cornflour?
    I always use caster?
