Use any of the sugar and crumbs flavoured icing sugars

- Sugar and Crumbs Icing Sugar flavour of your choice - 200g
- Golden Syrup - 5 Tbsp
- Bicarbonate of Soda - 2 Tsp
1) Grease a 20cm tin, Set a pan over a medium heat on the cooker, add the icing sugar and syrup, heat until the sugar mixture turns golden and is bubbling, take off the heat and add the bicarbonate of soda and beat in until its all disappeared and the mixture is foaming, scrape into the tin, be careful as it will be hot.
2) Leave to bubble in the tin for about 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes, chop into desired pieces.
