Easy Chocolate Brownies

Delicious easy to bake brownies, use any of our Natural Flavoured Cocoa Powders to add a twist to your brownies

  • Prep Time : 10 minutes
  • Cook Time : 40 minutes
  • Yield : 10-14


  1.  Mix margarine and sugar until incorporated eg light and fluffy.

2.  Add eggs, mix in.

3.  Add flour, Sugar and Crumbs Cocoa Powder of your choice and half of the choc chips, mix until combined.

4.  Line or grease a rectangle baking tray (24 x 33cm) approx

5.  Pour the mix into the baking tray, using a spatula to even the mixture in the tray, sprinkle over the remaining chocolate chips.

Bake in the oven at 140c for 25 to 40 mins depending how soft and gooey you want them.  Don't worry if really gooey, just leave them to set over night, although I just love them hot straight from the oven :-)


Please note it will rise then fall!

It’s cooked when it’s browned slightly and starts to crack.

Leave in the tin for 5-10 to cool then

Place on a wire rack to cool before slicing.

    These Brownies are lovely. I used the Chocolate Orange cocoa. They also freeze well and taste just as good as freshly baked.
