Coconut Ice

Made using only 3 ingredients to create a delicious flavoured sweet treat.

What is Coconut Ice?

A british confectionary made using grated desiccated Coconut.  Naturally flavoured using our icing sugar.

Equipment List

Loaf tin or small deep square tin

Baking Paper

A couple of bowls 


Tablespoon and a Spatula


250g Sugar and Crumbs Coconut or Raspberry Ripple Icing Sugar 
200g Condensed Milk
200g Desiccated Coconut
  1. Mix the icing sugar and condensed milk until combined
  2. Add in the coconut and fold in until fully combined 
  3. Split the mix into two bowls, mix food colouring in one
  4. Line your tin with baking paper and place one colour in and flatten out evenly
  5. Spread the next colour out on top and again spread evenly
  6. Leave to set for 1 hour before slicing.

Eat within 1 week, store in an airtight container
