Ingredients 

110g Good quality Milk Chocolate – Broken into pieces
50ml Double Cream
1 Tbsp Golden Syrup
20g Unsalted Butter 
 
 
Instructions
 
  1. Pour the double cream into a heatproof bowl and add the chocolate.  Place over a pan of simmering water, making sure the water doesn’t touch the bowl.   Heat until the chocolate has melted fully.
  2. Add the butter and golden syrup and stir until the butter has melted and the sauce is smooth and silky.
  3. Serve with Fresh Fruit, doughnuts as a dip or drizzle over cakes and bakes.

Store in an airtight jar and keep in the fridge
