Chocolate Cherry Tiffin

You may well know this kind of thing as fridge cake. A delicious mixture of chocolate truffle made with Sugar & Crumbs Chocolate Cherry Natural Flavoured Cocoa Powder (or any flavour of your choice), hazelnuts, walnuts and dried cherries. It’s super simple and doesn't need any cooking. A great treat to make with children.

1. Break up the chocolate and pop into a large microwaveable bowl with the chopped butter and the golden syrup. Microwave in thirty second bursts, stirring each time, until you have a smooth glossy mixture with no lumps. Stir through the Sugar & Crumbs Chocolate Cherry Natural Flavoured Cocoa Powder.

2. Roughly chop the hazelnuts, walnuts and dried cherries. Add to the chocolate mixture and stir well.

3. Line a square brownie tin with tinfoil and then pour in the prepared mixture levelling it out with a spoon. Place in the fridge for at least four hours until solid and then use a sharp knife to cut into 12 squares. Continue to store in the fridge.
