Chocolate Buttercream Flowers Recipe for Nifty Nozzles

This recipe is the best to use with our Nifty Nozzles, the buttercream is much easier and smoother to work with. It is made with our Flavoured Cocoa Powder.

  • Prep Time : 10 minutes
  • Yield : 12 decorated cupcakes


Beat the butter until light and whippy.
Add Sugar and Crumbs flavoured Cocoa Powder of your choice, the plain Icing Sugar and condensed milk or other liquid you prefer.
Depending on the time of year you may need to add more or less condensed milk
Chop this in with a spatula, then pop into the mixer.  Cover mixer with a tea towel – to prevent an icing cloud, then whip till all incorporated and fluffy.

*Don´t worry if you see the Icing Sugar and Cocoa Powder pale, it will be a deep colour when all is mixed.
