Chocolate Buttercream Flowers Recipe for Nifty Nozzles

This recipe is the best to use with our Nifty Nozzles. The buttercream is much easier and smoother to work with and it is made with our Sugar and Crumbs Natural Flavoured Cocoa Powder or your choice.

  • Prep Time : 10 minutes
  • Yield : 12 decorated cupcakes

Instructions

Chocolate Buttercream Flowers Recipe for Nifty Nozzles

1. Beat the butter until light and whippy.
2. Add Sugar and Crumbs Natural Flavoured Cocoa Powder of your choice, the Sugar and Crumbs Plain Icing Sugar and condensed milk or other liquid you prefer.
3. Depending on the time of year you may need to add more or less condensed milk.
4. Chop this in with a spatula and then pop into the mixer.  Cover mixer with a tea towel to prevent an icing cloud. Whip until all incorporated and fluffy.

*Don´t worry if you see the Icing Sugar and Cocoa Powder pale, it will be a deep colour when all is mixed.
