Make up brownie mix as stated on the packet and bake in a lined greased 8" loose bottomed tin in the oven gas mark 5 middle shelf for 20 mins.
Meanwhile, in a mixer beat together the cream cheese and our natural flavoured icing sugar. Next add the double cream and mix till it looks like a mousse consistency.
Tip the mixture into the tin and level off.
Place in the fridge for at least 3hrs or overnight.
Decorate with fresh strawberries and drizzle over melted chocolate.
