30g Butter – Softened 
1 Tbsp Milk
50g Dark Brown Sugar
67g Icing Sugar  -Sugar and Crumbs Velvet Vanilla or Salted Caramel
  1. Add the butter, brown sugar and milk to a saucepan.  Whisk over a medium heat, once the butter has melted and the sugar as dissolved fully, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer for 1 minute.  Remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool for 10 minutes.  
  2. Add in the icing sugar and whisk in till fully combined.
