5 Minute Banana Split Pudding

5 Minute Banana Split Pudding

1. Crush the biscuits by placing in a small sandwich bag, seal and crush using a rolling pin.

2. Take four serving glasses or small dishes and split the crumbs between the glasses.

3. Mix the 360ml of the whipping cream, condensed milk and Sugar and Crumbs Banana Split Natural Flavoured Icing Sugar (or any flavour of your choice)  together with a whisk until creamy.

4. Split between the glasses.

5. Take the remaining 100 ml of whipping cream and whisk until thick. Take two teaspoons and take a spoonful of the cream and then mould it between the other spoon to make a smooth oval shape. Place one of these on top of each dessert.

6. Cover with a slice or two of fresh banana and chocolate shavings before serving.
