South African Scones
We would like to thank Gwen Powell´s mother who gave us this recipe.
- Prep Time : 20 minutes
- Cook Time : 30 minutes
- Yield : 8
Pre - heat the oven to 220ºC
Mix the eggs and cream together.
Sieve the dry ingredients together.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry.
Fold together until cooperated.
Take spoons full of the dough and place on to the baking tray.
Place into the oven at 220ºC for between 12 -15 minutes.
Beat the cream and Velvet Vanilla Icing Sugar together until stiff but not clotted.
